People tend to write goals in their lives compared to processes or progress. Every beginning of the year, many people post the year’s goals on their social media, as if they wanted the whole world to know that they’re ready to celebrate the new year with extraordinary goals. But with all these goals, will they be achieved? In my personal experience, only about 30% were achieved.
When I tried another way, it turned out to be more powerful. At least 80 percent achieved. Of course I kept writing my goals, but I didn’t publish them. What I post is the stages of my achievements. So I now prefer to write down my progress and celebration when reaching a goal.
Can this method work for you? It is never wrong to try.
